The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced individual that has a strong desire to grow, is always up for new challenges and to be part of our rapidly growing sales team.

We deal with residential listings, off the plan property, property developments and much more throughout Australia. As an experienced Property Specialist, you will have the skill set to communicate, negotiate, and chase leads. You will also be outgoing and confident.

You will work alongside and support our Sales Manager who will mentor and provide you with all the tools and skills needed to become an elite sales agent in the area.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Sell Sell Sell!

  • Booking and taking appointments

  • Database calls

  • Liaising with Vendors and Purchasers

  • Meet Minimum KPI Standards

  • Weekend Work Required

  • Assisting at Display Suites, opens and inspections

  • Attending sales meetings and training sessions

  • Build your own network of clients & bring in your own leads

  • Educating clients about property investment and getting into their own home

  • Assisting and supporting the client throughout the whole property buying process

  • Working closely with brokers / banks to define your client’s serviceability

  • Presentations of property options to clients based on serviceability and goals

  • Working closely with partners and service providers to ensure your clients get the best service

  • Creating new business opportunities

  • Cold Calling

The Candidate

The successful candidate must hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate, a minimum of Class 2 license or be willing to obtain prior to commencement. Our ideal candidate would be available for immediate start.

  • Call Centre/Cold Sales/Real Estate experience

  • Exceptional networking, communication skills - written and verbal

  • Being self-motivated, driven and has a strong work ethic

  • Fast learner who can work autonomously

  • Effective negotiation and customer service skills

  • Immaculate presentation and customer engagement

  • Confident and capable in their computer skills

  • Must have own car and current driver’s license

  • Know your purpose why you want to succeed

  • Goal orientated

  • Proven performance in previous roles

  • Performance driven & competitive

  • Proven ability to deliver on conversions

  • Must possess a strong business acumen
